The bare necessities of life will be coming to an adventure park – as thrill-seekers make a record attempt, without their clothes.
The Naked Rollercoaster World Record attempt, all in aid of Southend Hospital's Bosom Pals Appeal, will be some sight – as previous events seen in these pictures testify.
The Guinness World Record attempt hopes to raise thousands for the hospital's Keyhole Cancer Appeal, which aims to raise £600,000 for a new state-of-the-art laparoscopic theatre suite.
The "thrill-seekers" (as they've been described by organisers) will be turning up at Adventure Island in Southend-on-Sea this Sunday (October 25).
Not content with already holding the record, set at the same theme park five years ago, bosses are hoping to go even further this year.
Only 40 people were required to beat the record, but 102 white-nipple riders turned out to raise more than £20,000.
